Service Agreement & Terms

Thank you for choosing Blue X Pro Media. To secure your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required today. This deposit ensures your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin preparations for your project.

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Zelle/Cash App

• Paypal

The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of your final product(s). By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your project date and time. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.

2. Final Payment: All remaining balances must be paid before final delivery of services or files. No exceptions.

3. Revisions:

• Photography/Videography: Includes basic edits. Additional edits or retakes requested by the client will incur extra charges.

• Flyer Design: Includes [1-2] rounds of revisions. Extra revisions will be billed at [$25 per revision].

4. Copyright & Usage:

• All final deliverables are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without prior written consent.

• Blue X Pro Media retains the right to use images or designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Changes to your booking must be requested at least [3] days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
